Money Rocks Park

Money Rocks Park is much smaller than the larger parks listed above, however it is located in the large Welsh Mountain Nature Preserve, and it remains a favorite of our own family. It’s only a ten minute drive from Honey Brook – and Chris often takes the boys for a hike in the Park Sunday afternoons. This 364-acre park offers a rugged landscape characterized by rocky outcroppings, dense woodlands, and meandering trails that wind through its picturesque terrain. Some of the trails even lead to large overlooks showcasing the farmland that Lancaster County is known for. And who knows, maybe my boys and I will meet you along the trails.
